Welcome! I’m Stacey. I’m a US licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist registered both in the US (PA, DC, MD) and Singapore (Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association) and a certified personal trainer with a BSc in Exercise Science. I am also recognized by The Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner.
I know that one size does not fit all! I love helping my clients develop simple, sensible and sustainable plans that fit their individual needs so they can feel better, stronger and more energetic through their midlife transition and beyond! If a plan is too hard, too restrictive, too complicated or if you don’t like the foods, or you hate the exercises, it just won’t work. This isn’t success. Even if you lose a few kgs in the short term.
Many midlife women struggle to manage the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause and are looking for simple yet effective treatment options. Hot flashes, joint pain, night sweats, insomnia, anxiety and body changes are just a SOME of the changes that women can experience in our 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. I get it! I have been (and am!) there. And my goal is to help women understand the sometimes confusing and often times frustrating changes that can occur at this time. These changes are normal and manageable. Solutions almost always look very different to what they did a decade or two ago!
