4 to 8 weeks of working together to help you feel better, stronger and more confident
The kickstart is a comprehensive program with nutrition planning and training sessions help get you started in the most efficient way! We start with identifying your key areas of need around nutrition. Do you struggle to plan? Do you often get cravings? Are you too busy to eat? Do you find yourself at the pantry at 3pm looking for a mid-afternoon pick me up? Are you getting enough calcium, protein, and other nutrients? Are you taking the right supplements?
Once we identify the challenges, we will develop a nutrition plan to address them. I subscribe to an “all foods fit” philosophy! If your plan is super restrictive, it is not likely to succeed. I want you to love the food you eat while you nourish and fuel your body!
Everyone is different so no two nutrition and exercise plans will look alike.
We also combine personal training sessions with the program. I want you to feel stronger! And with more exercise (and more muscle), you stoke your metabolism, reduce the risk of insulin resistance, lower inflammation, strengthen your bones….and a host of more benefits. But it doesn’t have to be miserable. Hate circuit training? You don’t have to. Loathe burpees? No reason to do them! We will work together to find a program that works for you, that you enjoy, and that you’ll do! I will help you learn how to find activities you enjoy and give you strategies to make sure you get your exercise in every week even when you are not working with a trainer. I don’t want you to exercise for 8 weeks, I want you to keep active and feel strong forever.
Better Together
Exercising with a friend is a powerful motivator! They are there to show up for…even when you would rather sit on the couch. They are there to share recipes with, meet you at the park for a walk, and share successes with. And yes, your partner or spouse counts as a friend!
