Midlife Healthy Ageing Assessment
2 Session Starter Package - Where are you now?
Price - $349
Comprehensive consultation package looking at nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress to assess and address the specific nutritional and health needs of midlife. These include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, bone health as well as any other concerns you may have. Find out how you are doing and where you are health-wise with respect to current and future health goals.

I will review any current bloodwork results, current nutrition, eating behaviors, supplements, and exercise habits and tailor your nutritional and lifestyle plan to address areas of concern. A great package to get your health back on track or to stay ahead of the game! This starter package of 2 sessions includes:

Includes taking a detailed health history including recent lab results (if available), family history, symptoms, prior treatments, supplement review, exploring dietary intake, relationship to food, diet history, exercise habits, as well as lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress and more. We also dive into your vision for your future health to understand where you would like to be and what you would like to be doing in the years to come.

A full hour to dive deeper into your concerns and work through challenging topics or questions. I will provide recommendations for action based on our initial session and help you set goals to reach the health outcomes you would like!

Midlife Wellness Coaching

There are many ways we can work together. i can structure a program to meet your needs and your budget! I get it! Depending on the services, our 3 month plan runs around $1200.
Knowledge is one thing. Doing it is another!
This is your complete plan to get you to your best health! Includes the Midlife Health Assessment to determine where you are and where you want to be plus support and accountability to get you there.
We’ll meet once a week for 12 or 24 weeks. We’ll work collaboratively to develop and implement the strategies that will work best for you. We look at your own personal goals, walk through any obstacles or roadblocks that you may encounter, monitor progress and adjust and tweak throughout our time together.
We take what may feel overwhelming and break it down into bite sized steps. We’ll work on the areas that matter the most to you, and most importantly in ways that are doable for you. What works for your sister, your neighbor, or co-worker may not (most likely will not!) be right for you.
I’ll be there to provide guidance, support and encouragement as well as some accountability!

FITNESS CONSULTATIONS, PERSONAL & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
These consultations can be used as personal training studio or virtually as part of an online coaching package to help you determine the best exercise program for you (ie. HIIT vs. moderate cardio), or for you to get started safely and efficiently on your own home program.
Fitness Consultation and Personal Training: $90/hour (packages available)
3-Session Starter Package: 45 minute personal training sessions - $200
Small Group Training: $25-$50 per person depending on group size
Remote App-based training: $249/month. Strength and cardio programming on a monthly basis with accountability check-ins!

Comprehensive Nutrition and Fitness package to kickstart your healthier lifestyle! Need a nutrition tune up to address your midlife needs? Haven’t been to the gym (well, like forever??) and need some guidance to get started? Get a full nutrition evaluation with 10 sessions of personal training for a fully supported start to your health journey! We’ll talk through your nutrition goals every week during your sessions so it’s like a free nutrition follow up with every PT session! Have questions in between sessions? Full email and messaging support is available throughout the 6 week program!
